Since 2019, the IVL Foundation has supported the Good Shepherd Home Foundation in their transformative learning initiative aimed at equipping underprivileged children with essential skills for a brighter future. Beyond academics, the program nurtures communication, emotional resilience, problem-solving, and adaptability—helping children build confidence and develop the practical abilities needed to navigate life’s challenges.

This year, we continued our commitment to supporting underprivileged children by expanding our program to welcome new students into the initiative. This year’s efforts built on the strong foundation established in previous years, ensuring that more children gained access to the skills, guidance, and opportunities needed for their personal development.
2025
The activities focused on enhancing age‑appropriate skills among underprivileged children. They also worked to strengthen the children’s self‑confidence, foster greater self‑reliance, and develop other essential life skills that will support their overall growth and well‑being.

The initiative continued to strengthen core life skills, fostering personal growth and self-sufficiency through structured learning activities.
2023 – 2024
With an extended eight-month training program, the initiative provided more opportunities for hands-on learning and real-world skill application.
2022 – 2023
A five-month life skills training component was introduced, enhancing children’s ability to apply their knowledge in everyday situations.
2021 – 2022
A short-term life skills training module further supported children’s transition toward independence and personal development.
2020 – 2021
The program remained committed to expanding educational access, fostering curiosity, and encouraging lifelong learning.

มูลนิธิไอวีแอลได้ให้การสนับสนุนมูลนิธิบ้านศรีชุมพาบาลมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2562 ผ่านโครงการการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาชีวิต โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นให้แก่เด็กด้อยโอกาสเพื่ออนาคตที่สดใสยิ่งขึ้น ไม่เพียงแต่ด้านวิชาการเท่านั้น แต่ยังครอบคลุมทักษะการสื่อสาร ความยืดหยุ่นทางอารมณ์ การแก้ปัญหา และการปรับตัว เพื่อช่วยให้เด็กมีความมั่นใจและพร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายในชีวิต
นับตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2562 โครงการได้พัฒนาทักษะชีวิตให้แก่เด็กด้อยโอกาสอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากการวางรากฐานด้านการเรียนรู้และการพึ่งพาตนเอง ค่อย ๆ พัฒนาเป็นการอบรมทักษะชีวิตทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว พร้อมขยายรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงและการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ปัจจุบันโครงการยังคงมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะที่เหมาะสมตามช่วงวัย เสริมสร้างความมั่นใจ ความพึ่งพาตนเอง และทักษะชีวิตที่จำเป็น เพื่อเตรียมเด็กให้พร้อมเผชิญความท้าทายในอนาคตอย่างมั่นคง
