Since its launch in 2021, the IVLF Innovation and STEM Clubs program has been strengthening STEM education in Ghana by providing students and teachers with greater access to practical, hands-on science learning. Implemented in partnership with Dext Technology Limited, the program equips public basic schools with innovative STEM learning tools while enhancing teachers’ capacity to deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
Now in its sixth year, the program continues to support 20 existing schools in Tema, Greater Accra, while expanding to five new schools in Oforikrom, Kumasi, bringing the total number of participating schools to 25 and reaching more than 1,500 students. In 2026, support for existing schools continued through teacher coaching, monitoring, and refresher training, alongside the expansion to new schools to ensure program quality and sustainability.
By combining innovative learning tools with teacher development and ongoing support, the IVLF Innovation and STEM Clubs program continues to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to explore STEM opportunities and contribute to Ghana’s future development.
ตั้งแต่เริ่มดำเนินโครงการในปี พ.ศ. 2564 โครงการ IVLF Innovation and STEM Clubs ได้มีส่วนช่วยยกระดับการเรียนรู้ด้านสะเต็มศึกษา โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนและครูเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง โครงการนี้ดำเนินงานร่วมกับ Dext Technology Limited เพื่อสนับสนุนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของรัฐด้วยเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาศักยภาพของครูในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติ
ปัจจุบันมูลนิธิไอวีแอลให้การสนับสนุนโครงการต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 6 และยังคงให้การสนับสนุนโรงเรียนเดิมจำนวน 20 แห่ง ในเมืองเทมา (Tema) พร้อมทั้งขยายโครงการไปยังโรงเรียนใหม่อีก 5 แห่งในเมืองคูมาซี (Kumasi) ส่งผลให้มีโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการรวมทั้งสิ้น 25 แห่ง และสามารถเข้าถึงนักเรียนมากกว่า 1,500 คน ในปี พ.ศ. 2569 โครงการยังคงให้การสนับสนุนโรงเรียนเดิมผ่านการพัฒนาครู การติดตามผล และการอบรมทบทวนความรู้ ควบคู่กับการขยายโครงการไปยังโรงเรียนใหม่ เพื่อรักษาคุณภาพและความยั่งยืนของโครงการ
ด้วยการผสานเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์เข้ากับการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง โครงการ IVLF Innovation and STEM Clubs ยังคงมุ่งส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนมีทักษะ ความมั่นใจ และความรู้ที่จำเป็นในการก้าวสู่โอกาสด้าน STEM พร้อมมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาประเทศกานาในอนาคต
